I came in today with my VERY large family for my son's eleventh birthday. There were about 30 of us. It was last minute and I did not call ahead. They were very accommodating! The good was great and everyone was so pleasant. The manager, Carlos, happily helped us all, he even put up with all the kids going back to him for change for the video games (over and over again). It was a completely enjoyable experience! Thank you Carlos and team, y'all rock!!!
There was a mistake with my pick up order that I noticed when I got home. I called and was told to come in and speak with the manager Carlos. When I got there and explained my issue he didn't hesitate to replace the order. He even offered a drink while I waited. Excellent, SUPERB Customer service. This is how you treat and value customers. I will definitely frequent here more.
It's easy to think that all the food from every buffet is contaminated, or to think that some nasty kid touched all the food, but when i went into a Cicis, i was impressed. The food was being watched 24/7 and i personally saw every individual pizza being placed down on to the plate, and the workers were very on task with their jobs. The food was great to, and the personal pizzas you can order (although a bit small) we're very good as well. The way your notified about you pizza is.genius( the buzzer). You also get free refills from all the drinks. I have never not had a great time with Cicis and I would recommend this for parties or just a gathering with Friends 😁👍 five stars!
The pizza was delicious. The cinnamon rolls kept coming even when everybody took them all within 5 minutes or less. They did a great job of keeping the place clean as well despite all of the people. I enjoyed myself and the food.
Clean, buffet was stocked and fresh every moment. The staff was on point about getting our dishes, and the girl up front was so sweet! This place has gotten incredibly better since the last time I was here! Super happy :)
Great place to eat or have a small party! Must call ahead and set it up with mgr but they will let you bring a cake(no candles) and balloons for free

At 9:15 pm, I impulsively turned right in the parking lot. They were closing at 10 pm and would stop putting out newly cooked food at 9:30 pm. I looked for slices of a sausage pizza and finding none, they gladly offered to cook a single, personal-sized, sausage pizza in spite of the late hour. I loaded up my plate with everything else, knowing that they would soon be cleaning up and removing items. I just wish that they had an ice cream cone maker as part of the buffet. Great food at a great price, topped off with great service!

I was craving pizza and Caesars is out of my way, and Domino's always,always burns them, so I ordered online after my hair appointment. I've never ordered from but I was starving! I ordered medium supreme. Cost was under 10.99. It was delicious and I loved it!!! Very fresh veggies, the toppings were perfect amount, it looked like a TV commercial, not kidding. 3 other separate people came in to pick theirs up, so I'm not the only one that made a very smart move!
